Your privacy matters.

MyMoney processes personal financial information to provide the service, so we want to be clear about what is processed, why it is needed, where AI is involved, and the choices available to you.

1. Who provides MyMoney and what this policy covers

MyMoney is a MySoft product developed and provided by MYGROUP TECHNOLOGY AND INVESTMENT JOINT STOCK COMPANY. This policy explains how information is processed when you use the MyMoney Android/iOS apps, related account services, and the public TheMyMoney.com website. Questions about personal information or privacy can be sent to support@mysoftone.com.

2. Types of information MyMoney may process

  • Account and authentication information: email, optional display name, verification state, credentials and session information needed to protect your account.
  • Financial information you provide: accounts, balances, income, expenses, transfers, categories, budgets, goals, debts, recurring items and reports generated from those records.
  • Receipt images and extracted data: receipt images you choose to upload for scanning, extracted details, and the edits or confirmations you make in the Receipt Scanner flow.
  • Device and operational information: device identifiers when required for authentication or notifications, app version, request information, IP addresses and diagnostic/security data needed to operate the service.
  • Premium information: entitlement status, purchase events and transaction-verification information supplied by Apple or Google to verify Premium access. In-app payments are processed by the relevant store.
  • Support information: messages, email addresses and contact details you voluntarily provide when asking for help.

3. Why we process information

Information is processed to provide and synchronize personal-finance features; secure accounts; perform AI features you request; verify Premium entitlements and applicable limits; send enabled notifications; provide support; diagnose incidents; prevent abuse; maintain service security; and comply with applicable legal obligations.

MyMoney does not need every category of information for every feature. The scope of processing depends on the functions you use and the actions you choose to take.

4. AI Quick Entry

When you use AI Quick Entry, text you submit — including text created through your device keyboard’s voice-to-text capability — may enter the AI processing flow so it can be interpreted into structured transaction information. The result is returned for your review. You can edit the information before explicitly confirming the transaction.

Natural-language AI can misunderstand wording or context. MyMoney therefore does not treat AI output as automatically correct financial data and keeps user confirmation in the workflow.

5. AI Receipt Scanner

Receipt Scanner processes receipt images that you intentionally choose to upload. The image is used to extract useful information into a transaction draft. You can review, edit and decide whether to confirm the result. Recognition quality depends on the content and quality of the image, so important details such as amounts should be checked before saving.

6. AI Financial Analysis

Premium AI Financial Analysis uses aggregated financial facts to provide an additional informational layer and surface patterns. Under the current implementation used as the source for this policy, the analysis flow does not directly send receipt images, merchant names, notes or entire raw transaction histories as analysis input. AI output is informational, may be incomplete or inaccurate, and is not professional financial, investment, tax or legal advice.

7. Service providers and third parties

Depending on the feature, necessary information may be processed by hosting/infrastructure providers, transactional email services, AI model providers, push-notification services, and Apple or Google for purchase or entitlement verification. Information should be shared only to the extent needed for the relevant function and according to the service configuration in effect when you use it.

Referral partners, affiliates or resellers do not automatically receive access to your personal financial transactions merely because they introduce you to MyMoney. Any applicable international data processing must comply with relevant requirements.

8. Offline data, synchronization and retention

MyMoney supports keeping certain changes locally on your device and synchronizing with the server when connectivity returns. This means some information may remain on your device during offline use before being synchronized through the app flow.

Information is retained as needed for the purposes described above or as required by applicable law. Different categories — such as account data, financial records, security logs or purchase-related records — may have different retention periods.

9. Security

We use safeguards appropriate to the service, including access controls, account authentication, service separation and technical measures intended to reduce unauthorized access. No online system or device can guarantee elimination of every security risk.

You also play an important role: use a strong password, protect your device, do not share credentials, and contact support if you suspect unauthorized account access.

10. Your choices and rights

Depending on the feature and applicable law, you can view or update information in the app, use available data-export tools, control device permissions, contact support about access or correction, and use the account deletion process. Account deletion may require ownership verification to prevent unauthorized requests.

Deleting the app or deleting a MyMoney account does not necessarily cancel a subscription managed by Apple or Google. If you have an active renewing subscription, manage cancellation through the relevant store account.

11. TheMyMoney.com website and first-party analytics

TheMyMoney.com is a separate public product, content and growth website with its own source and database. It does not directly connect to the MyMoney production financial database. Account, Premium, synchronization and account-deletion operations remain on the current MyMoney service boundary.

TheMyMoney.com uses first-party analytics, without loading a third-party analytics SDK, to understand page performance and the app-download funnel. When this feature is enabled, the website may process a random session identifier stored in sessionStorage, page and landing paths, language, page or content type, CTA impressions and clicks, tool-use events, app-download outbound events, the hostname of an external referring website, and UTM source/medium/campaign/content parameters when present. This analytics flow is not designed to store your IP address, MyMoney account identity, financial records or values entered into calculators. The current implementation honors Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track. First-party analytics records are retained for a limited operational measurement period and then deleted under the website retention process.

12. Children

MyMoney is designed as a personal money-management tool for users who can create and manage an account under the applicable platform and store conditions. If you believe information has been provided contrary to applicable age or consent requirements, contact support so the situation can be reviewed.

13. Policy updates and contact

We may update this policy as the product, service providers, processing practices or legal requirements change. A new version will be posted at this URL with an updated date. Privacy and personal-information questions: support@mysoftone.com.
